The first companion tool for Playbook is here: a mobile-friendly learning management system that brings a whole organization up to speed on Playbook, available in five languages at launch.
Today I’m releasing the first companion tool for Playbook — with more to come. It’s Playbook Academy.
Playbook Academy is a learning management system, built to support Playbook integration at operators and go-to-market plans across all organizations.
The first program, “All Employees,” covers the Playbook brand, the Knowledge Gap concepts, and the Playbook two-tier communication system. It’s an excellent intro to Playbook for anyone curious to learn more about the platform.
The Academy is mobile friendly, so workers can access it easily, and it’s available in English, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) at launch.
