Playbook Library

Collateral & Templates

A catalog of production-ready templates — social cards, posters, print pieces, venue signage, email, and support screens — every one drawn from a single brand system so the whole program looks like it belongs together.

Every template here is generated from the same source: brand-controlled CSS and a shared content file, rendered to print- and screen-ready artwork. That’s why a floor decal, an Instagram story, and a welcome email all read as one voice. The same system powers the live, interactive Brand Book. The gallery below is organized by channel — browse the thumbnails, then pull the editable files from the live asset library.

Tier 2 — support & crisis

The warm, literal end of the system. These pieces appear when a player reaches for help — support pages, self-exclusion and cool-down screens, a limit-reached message, and matching support card, poster, and email. Humor drops away entirely.

One system, every channel

The templates aren’t designed one at a time. Each HTML template reads brand colors and fonts from a shared stylesheet and pulls its copy from the central content file, with white-label tokens resolved at build time. A headless-browser pipeline then screenshots each one to a pixel-perfect PNG. Change the brand config once — point-and-click in the Brand Configurator — and all 41 pieces update together.

  1. Brand config sets the colors, fonts, helpline number, and tagline in one place.
  2. Shared templates compose that config into 41 channel-specific layouts.
  3. Render pipeline resolves the copy and exports every template to print- and screen-ready artwork.
  4. Asset library publishes the finished files for marketing, print vendors, and venue teams to grab.

Scripts & specs (no thumbnail)

A handful of channels ship as written scripts and specifications rather than rendered images — they’re produced in motion, in person, or in your own CMS. The full copy and production notes live in the source repository. To get your frontline and customer-service teams fluent in these scripts, pair them with Playbook Academy.

A note on compliance

These templates help you surface responsible-gambling information consistently, but they don’t guarantee regulatory compliance. Helpline display, age verification, and mandatory disclosures vary by market — pair the templates with the Compliance modules and your own legal review.
